The trophy shelf for Hacienda La Esmeralda coffee looks fairly crowded, with this bean having been awarded first place at various worldwide cuppings thirteen times since 2004. The most recent record that this coffee set? A whopping $350.25 per pound at the 2013 Best of Panama Auction – Naturals Category. Grown in the shade of guava trees on the slopes of Mount Barú in  Panama, this bean is highly sought after and only cultivated in small quantities. It is a rarity and delicacy in the coffee world, and a once in a lifetime must for any coffee connoisseur.

Today my coffee recipes will mostly concentrated on chocolate, if you are looking for something like “Mocha” style of coffee recipes, I am sure that you will like my today coffee recipes.

Bavarian Chocolate Latte
If you are a chocolate lover, your must try this latte which I think you will like it.

Ingredients
Enough for 1 person (tall glass)
1) 4 tablespoons of Bavarian Chocolate syrup
2) 1 shot of organic espresso
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk
4) Some Whipped cream
5) 5 to 6 ice cubes

Equipments Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for preparation:
1. Take an empty blender cup, put your chocolate syrup, espresso, steam milk as well as some ice cube into the cup.

2. Blend it for 3 minutes until all evenly mixed.

3. Take an empty tall glass to pour your latte into the glass.

4. At last, spread some whipped cream on top of latte before you serve the latte to your guess.

Classical Bavarian Mint Latte
Some cold to enjoy during noon time which will help you to cold down.

Ingredients
Enough for 1 person (tall glass)
1) 2 tablespoons coffee syrup and chocolate mint syrup respectively
2) 1 shot of organic espresso
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk
4) Some whipped cream
5) 6 ice cubes

Equipments Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for preparation:
1. Put everything into the blender cup except whipped cream, blend it until all well mixed.

2. Take an empty glass to put your latte.

3. At least, spread some whipped cream on top of the latte.

Hazelnut is really amazing where it can be mixed with a lot of stuffs, coffee will be one of them. In this series, the two recipes that I want to release will be mixed with Hazelnut. Hope you like it like I do.

First coffee recipe: Hazelnut Latte Recipe
Hazelnut Lover would like this coffee recipe. This is the recipe where mostly coffee shop owner will not missed out. Try to mix yourself a cup of Hazelnut latte to keep you awake throughout the day.

Ingredients

Enough for 1 person (just nice for one tall glass)
1) 4 tablespoons of low sugar Hazelnut syrup
2) 1 shot of organic espresso
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk

Note: If you like cold latte, you always can mix with 3 to 5 ice cubes to make your latte cold.

Equipment Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for preparation:
1. Find one blender container, put everything into the container to be ready for blending.

2. Blend it with low speed for 30 seconds until all evenly mixed.

3. Take a clean glass and pour your latte into the glass.

4. You can start to serve your latte now.

Second Coffee Recipe: Grape and Hazelnut Latte Recipe

Ingredients

Enough for 1 person
1) 2 tablespoons of grape syrup and Hazelnut Syrup respectively
2) 1 shot of organic espresso
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk

Equipment Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for preparation:
1. Put all your ingredients into a clean blender glass.

2. If you like your coffee to be cold, put some ice cubes in before your start to blend it.

3. Blend your latte until all well mixed.

4. Take a clean glass to pour your latte.

5. You can now drink your latte.
